About the Role

As an AI Engineer, you will build agent workflows that power clinical processes. You'll work directly with founding team and clinicians to ship AI agents that improve care delivery while complying with HIPAA and other security requirements.

Examples of work you will be involved in

• Develop AI agents that healthcare team can delegate work to and get 10x more done
• Build multi LLM workflows using advanced techniques like plan & execution, self-reflection, context management, dynamic tools etc.
• Build context retrieval via RAG from varied clinical data sources
• Leverage tool calling and MCP servers to execute actions
• Create evaluation methods that measure both AI performance and clinical safety
• Red team healthcare AI systems to find vulnerabilities

You'll be encouraged to be creative, own projects end-to-end, and shape how AI transforms healthcare delivery.
