Key Responsibilities :
Transaction Execution :
- Lead the execution of M&A, equity financing, and other strategic advisory transactions
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and client presentations
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client objectives
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makersAct as a trusted advisor, providing insights and strategic guidanceIdentify new business opportunities and cross-sell firm servicesBusiness Development :
