Job descriptionJob Title : Project Manager (Software / Product Delivery) Experience : 7+ years Location : Jaipur (On-site) Industry : HealthTech / Wellness Joining : Immediate / ASAP preferred CTC : 16 to 20 LPA What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery for software projects and wellness technology products. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and client teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities : Lead full-cycle project delivery using Agile methodologies. Manage cross-functional teams to deliver MERN-based web and mobile solutions. Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and sprint plans. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time releases. Conduct client meetings, product demos, retrospectives, and reviews. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and SOWs. Drive process improvements and mentor junior team members. Coordinate closely with leadership for roadmap alignment and delivery excellence. Must-Have Skills 7+ years of project management experience in software development. Strong understanding of MERN stack architecture (MongoDB, Express.Js, React, Node.Js). Proficiency with Agile / Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management. Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with distributed teams. Technical understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred). Good-to-Have PMP / Agile / Scrum certification.
