Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Senior Associate located in Mumbai. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing client engagements, conducting in-depth analyses, preparing reports, and presenting findings. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing strategic business advisory, and supporting clients to meet their business objectives. You will also ensure compliance with company standards, provide solutions to complex challenges related to derivatives and complex instruments, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Experience in Business Valuation, Option valuation and Debt valuation methods.
• Proficiency in communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience in project management and ability to work within teams effectively.
• Understanding of business advisory, consulting, and data-driven decision-making principles.
• Proficiency with relevant tools, databases (Bloomberg, CiQ, Thomson, etc) and technology platforms to deliver solutions and achieve objectives.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Excellent modeling skills, able to build complex models from scratch, fundamentally sound valuation concepts.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, MBA) or experience in consulting and advisory services will be an added advantage.
