Head of Trading

We are looking for a Brokerage Head of Trading

Job Description involves leading and overseeing trading operations, managing risk, and ensuring profitability . Responsibilities include developing trading strategies, supervising traders, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree, experience in trading or brokerage, strong analytical and leadership skills, and relevant licenses.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic and operational leadership :
• Develop and implement the firm's trading strategy.
• Oversee all trading activities to ensure profitable operation.
• Manage market, credit, and liquidity risks, and enforce risk limits.
• Ensure all trading systems are functioning properly and risk controls are in place.
• Team and personnel management :
• Supervise, mentor, and train traders and other staff.
• Recruit and evaluate employees.
• Manage performance and conduct disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Compliance and reporting :
• Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage and update transactional reporting processes in line with regulatory changes.
• Monitor and report on trading activities and performance to senior leadership.
• Client and market management :
• Monitor client trading activity and provide insights to clients.
• Ensure top-level liquidity by managing relationships with providers.
• Adjust pricing based on market conditions and liquidity availability.
