Senior Software Development Engineer - In Test

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to architect and build our quality engineering infrastructure. This role focuses on designing scalable test frameworks and building testing infrastructure from scratch, combining deep software engineering expertise with test automation specialization. You will own test orchestration, performance testing, and quality standards across our engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement comprehensive test frameworks and runners spanning unit, integration, and E2E testing
• Build custom testing tools, CLI utilities, and reusable test libraries for quality engineering at scale
• Own CI / CD test orchestration including sharding, caching, parallelism, and retry mechanisms
• Create hermetic, deterministic test environments using containers, service virtualization, and contract testing
• Implement test observability (metrics, logs, traces) and flakiness detection systems
• Execute comprehensive performance testing (load, stress, volume, endurance) and user experience testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide code reviews, and mentor on testing best practices

B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science OR MCA
