About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive Search Expert with proven experience in delivering CXO and senior leadership mandates within the Indian market. The role requires expertise in end-to-end retained search, leadership talent mapping, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement , with a strong track record of closures across Pharma, Healthcare and Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for CXO, board-level, and senior leadership roles in India.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence studies to build robust leadership pipelines and provide insights to clients.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver high-quality leadership talent.
• Oversee candidate assessment, engagement, and evaluation to ensure an excellent experience for clients and candidates.
• Strengthen client relationships , driving repeat business and contributing to practice growth.
• Apply structured research and critical thinking skills to support leadership hiring decisions.
