Job Production support project experience understanding AMS Ticketing process (Issue Management / Problem Management / Bug-fixing / Change Management), deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
- Should be able to interact with both offshore and onshore client engagements which involve implementation / support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Overall 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL)
- Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules : Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
- Responsible for resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests. Also responsible for requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment including engagement with the Oracle customer, Oracle CSI partner and developer base.
- Technical l Analysts shall have 3-4 hours of overlap with the Clients Oracle Team (US Time Zone Working collaboratively on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards.
- Working collaboratively on managing the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance as designated by role and persona; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management, role / persona security management and definition, risk management, and system configuration to maintain a secure environment.
- Should be able to perform Unit test all high level functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results.
- Should develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries
during tickets resolution by providing functional guidance to technical team.
Essential Skills :
For HCM Tech Leads- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.Candidate should have strong end to end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)Willing to work on challenging production support projects.Must have efficient and effective communication skills both written and verbal and be able to comfortably engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussionExperience in working with Onshore / NSA / Offshore model.Should have experience in Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader and Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.Should have experience in BI Publisher (RTF design / e-text / Scheduling / Parameter Handling / Bursting / backup and migration of reports to different pods).Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances. Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is must.Should have experience in additional Reporting Tools : HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard.Should have experience in Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL.Experience in Sysadmin activities, code deployment process and quality assurance.Experience with creating and moving changes via migration setsShould have experience in Extending Cloud through the personalization layer.Communication skills must be excellent.Must be willing to work late nights of IST (to overlap with Client IT Team)- on a need basis PersonalShould understand business objectives and organization structure.The candidate must have strong work ethics, trustworthiness and self-confidence.The candidate should work accurately with good attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity.Ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approachPreferred Skills :
