Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager based in Hyderabad. The Duty Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of cinema properties, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining facility standards, coordinating security measures, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling customers and team members
• Operational proficiency in managing cinema properties, including scheduling, maintenance, and security
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
