Responsibilities

  • Aid in designing business processes, application setups, development, and debugging across all OTM modules, including BI / FTI report development adhering to industry standards
  • Create, evolve, and upkeep Oracle SCM Transportation Management applications to fulfill business needs
  • Work alongside diverse teams to interpret business needs and craft appropriate solutions
  • Generate and update technical documentation for Oracle SCM Transportation Management applications
  • Deliver technical assistance and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM Transportation Management applications
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Oracle SCM Transportation Management and associated areas

Requirements

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in OTM & GTM as a Techno-Functional Consultant
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding and coaching engineering teams
  • Participation in at least four cloud projects in a Techno-Functional role
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM Transportation Management
  • Functional and technical engagement in OTM projects
  • Direct involvement with all OTM modules
  • Familiarity with Sourcing, LNM, Fleet, etc
  • Acquaintance with GTM, any ERP
  • Excellent communication skills for independent customer interactions
  • Proficiency in using ticketing tools and handling support processes
  • Capability to handle multiple customer deliveries concurrently
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Nice to have

  • Background in Oracle EBS, Oracle Transportation Management Cloud, and Oracle Logistics Cloud
  • In-depth understanding of transportation management processes and standards
  • Proven experience in crafting and deploying custom solutions within Oracle SCM Transportation Management
  • Expertise in integrating Oracle SCM Transportation Management with various systems
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM Transportation Management setups and management
