Ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies. 5+ years of experience in a Sustaining Engineer or related role. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure product sustainability and reliability.
- Identify and mitigate potential product risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and improve product design.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce product failures and improve product life-cycle.
