Job Summary

  • Seeking a Salesforce Zuora CPQ platform professional with strong technical skills.
  • Must have 7+ years of experience in large enterprises within a global delivery model .
  • Methodical thinker with proven problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Configure products and pricing in Zuora CPQ .
  • Handle processes related to New Sales, Amendments, and Renewals in Zuora CPQ.
  • Develop using Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex .
  • Contribute to AppExchange product development .
  • Work with Salesforce Service Cloud , including :
  • Omnichannel setup
  • Email-to-case
  • Process flows
  • Develop using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
  • Apply REST and SOAP API integration methodologies.
  • MuleSoft knowledge is a plus.
  • Ensure ideas are communicated in user-friendly language .
  • Conduct unit testing and support during other testing cycles.
  • Follow Salesforce development standards and specifications.
  • Maintain ongoing technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

  • CPQ Domain Knowledge (CPQ Lifecycle, Products, Pricing, Approvals, Renewals, Deal Desk)
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce and Zuora CPQ Integration
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in large organizations.
  • Proven experience as a technical resource .
  • Ability to work across multiple teams :
  • Business stakeholders
  • IT & Marketing teams
  • Design agencies
  • Developers
  • Testers

    • Preferred / Additional Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
