Your Role
As a Business Associate, you will straddle strategy, analysis, and execution :
Consulting & Analysis
Conduct business analyses, decode industries, and prepare financial / operational reports.Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.Build models, dashboards, and frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.Execution & Operations
Translate strategies into execution roadmaps; manage timelines, KPIs, and outcomes.Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.Support business operations and ensure smooth delivery of consulting engagements.Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Interact directly with CXOs and client leadership teams.Facilitate communication between client departments and consulting leads.Provide exceptional client service and become a trusted point of contact.Strategic Initiatives
Contribute to internal growth projects for Sahay’s consulting practice.Support proposal development, new service design, and internal process improvements.Who We’re Looking For
MBA (Tier-2 B-School preferred)Strong analytical and financial skills; ability to decode business problems with clarity.Experience in finance or business operations (internship / full-time) is a plus.Outstanding communication & presentation skills (English + Hindi / Gujarati preferred).Strong customer service orientation ability to build trust and deliver value.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.Entrepreneurial hustle : ownership, accountability, and readiness to deliver under pressure.What You’ll Gain
