Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive at Driven Properties India, located at Dallas Center, HITEC City, Hyderabad.

The Pre-Sales Executive will play a crucial role in qualifying leads and supporting the sales team. Key responsibilities include :

• Calling and engaging with potential clients from marketing leads.
• Qualifying whether the client is actively looking to buy property.
• Sharing complete project details and answering initial queries on call.
• Scheduling and confirming site visits for interested clients.
• Coordinating with the Sales Agent once the visit is confirmed.
• Maintaining daily updates and lead status in the CRM.
