Job Description : Business Operations Manager / Analyst / Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations professional with 8–15 years of experience in managing and optimizing end-to-end operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from Pharma, E-commerce, or Retail industries , with a proven track record in process excellence, compliance, internal stakeholder management, and P&L ownership . This role requires a strategic leader who can balance operational detail with financial accountability, driving efficiency and growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy & Execution
- Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations , including supply chain, vendor management, compliance, and customer service.
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Align operational workflows with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- P&L Management
- Own and manage business unit P&L , ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with finance teams to align operational decisions with budgetary and financial goals .
- Data & Performance Management
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports for KPI tracking, forecasting, and decision-making .
- Drive ROI-focused initiatives across projects.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (especially in Pharma and Retail).
- Establish and monitor quality assurance frameworks .
- Mitigate operational risks through proactive planning and audits.
- Internal Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between leadership and operational teams , ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Supply Chain teams to drive cross-functional collaboration .
- Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations .
- Leadership & People Management
- Mentor and manage operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
