Job Purpose

We are seeking an Product & Partnership - Cobrand Card- drive revenue growth through partnering with BFSI, NBFCs, Neo Banks, and Fin-tech companies. This role will be responsible for driving ARPU growth of our existing and expanding user base with a significant toppling impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit card integrations and partnerships between digital platforms and banks.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive journey efficiency and have good depth of Credit card onboarding journey and associated regulatory guidelines.
  • Key spends projects —from conception to launch.
  • Digital Initiatives to drive spends - Identifying the gaps, initiating and driving projects for automating processes, creation of user journeys (App & Website)
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to develop hypotheses and build customer offers and communication plan
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner banks, including senior executives, business leaders, and relationship managers
  • Drive the development and launch of innovative products, services, and solutions in collaboration with financial institution partners.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of partnership initiatives and optimize performance
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and decision-making
  • Work with Marketing team of bank & times group on customer communication for offers
  • Partner with engineers, designers, marketing, customer operations, strategy and analytics teams to rapidly develop and deliver projects
  • Build strong relations with internal & external stakeholders
  • Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience
  • Ideate innovative acquisition concepts

Qualifications

  • MBA from a tier 1 institute with 5 years + of business development, partnerships, or sales experience in fast-paced growth environment in banks, fintech or platforms with co-branded cards
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in credit cards, payments, e-commerce, Fintech and / or technology enabled commerce businesses
  • Experience in driving card spends, acquiring strategy, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the credit card industry and India market landscape. Relationships across key players would be valuable.
  • Own and manage partnerships, drive business outcomes, and coordinate internal resources towards delivery of partnership goals. Develop, manage and deliver on account plans.
  • Experience of successfully managing strategic clients and tracking client-centric strategies within a matrixed organization.
  • Solution focused : connect the dots and leverage best practices, unafraid to make timely decisions in ambiguous, high pressure situations, quick to adjust / recover and reset priorities
  • Positive, collaborative attitude, Prolific communicator
  • Ambitious team player with the ability to manage the internal & external partners requirements and tasks in time sensitive situations
  • Market Orientation : Ability to deeply understand market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies
  • Business Acumen : Comfort with business strategy, portfolio prioritization, go to market and tracking key performance indicators, strong problem-solving skills
  • Soft Skills : Be a team player and exercise leadership without authority, communicate effectively in different contexts
  • Business Vision : Growth in acceptance and spends for Credit Cards products
  • Customer Focus : Deep dive in user behavior by talking to real customers, analyzing data and seeing the products used in the real world
  • Execution mindset : Understand the problems we are trying to solve and work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and other functions to define, iterate and ship an awesome sustainable product
