Role Overview

As a Front-End Developer Intern at Raptor AI, you will design and build user interfaces that power our AI-driven global recruitment products.

You’ll work closely with AI engineers, product designers, and backend developers to create fast, scalable, and beautiful web experiences for both enterprises and candidates worldwide.

This role offers the opportunity to work on production-grade systems, learn from a global engineering team, and directly impact how companies hire and how talent finds opportunities across borders.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive and modern user interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.

Collaborate with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs and real-time data visualizations.

Optimize performance, accessibility, and scalability of front-end applications.

Translate UI / UX designs and product specs into elegant, maintainable code.

Participate in architecture discussions, testing, and feature rollout planning.

Contribute to improving the developer experience and CI / CD workflows.

Qualifications

Highly motivated and passionate about front-end engineering and product design.

Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern framework (React, Next.js, or Vue).

Familiarity with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI is a plus.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.

Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to iterate based on feedback.

Fast learner with a bias for action and continuous improvement (Kaizen mindset).

Prior experience with AI tools, data visualization, or API integration is an advantage.

Interview Process

After an initial pre-screening, shortlisted candidates will be given a 24-hour coding challenge to build a small, production-ready web interface using a provided API or dataset.
