About the Role :

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing / creative team. In this dual-role, you will be responsible for producing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms (70%) while also creating short-form videos and motion graphics (30%) for social media, ads, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities :

Graphic Design (70%)

Develop visual assets for digital marketing : banners, social media posts, email creatives, landing pages, and ads.
Create brand-aligned print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging designs.
Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling.

Video Editing (30%)

Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, and promotions.

Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound design to enhance video quality.

Work with the team to storyboard, script, and plan simple shoots when needed.

Maintain video assets and file organization for efficient workflow.

Requirements :

1–2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or in-house preferred)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Graphic Design); Premiere Pro, After Effects (Video Editing).

Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory.

Familiarity with social media formats and digital ad specifications.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

A creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong design portfolio.

Basic knowledge of animation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

Experience working in a fast-paced creative or marketing environment.

Passion for storytelling and visual branding.
