Claims Handling & Management

Register and track marine claims (cargo, hull, and liability) with insurers.

Review policy terms, coverage, warranties, and exclusions to determine claim validity.

Collect, verify, and submit all necessary claim documentation (survey reports, bills of lading, invoices, etc.).

Coordinate with surveyors, loss adjusters, correspondents, and underwriters for claim investigation and assessment.

Ensure timely follow-up with insurers for claim settlement.
