The Role

We’re looking for a Tendering & Proposals Specialist to support our Malaysian, EU, and UAE operations. You’ll handle client quotations, tender submissions, and coordination between clients and our service delivery teams. This is a fully remote role for someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and manage tender documents and submissions.
  • Create accurate quotes across multiple markets and currencies.
  • Coordinate client requirements with internal teams.
  • Maintain records, deadlines, and progress updates.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in client coordination, tenders, or account management.
  • Excellent English communication and strong numerical skills.
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office and remote team work platforms.

    • You may apply if you have at least 2 years of experience in any of the following areas :

  • Project coordination or client services
  • Tendering, proposals, or documentation support
  • Administrative or executive assistance
  • Sales or quotation preparation
  • Procurement or vendor coordination
  • Operations or office management
