We are seeking a talented and experienced IBM ITX professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of IBM WebSphere and Java, specifically focused on integration and transformation solutions. This role requires a problem solver who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the design and implementation of complex IT solutions. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in IT and exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integration solutions using IBM WebSphere and ITX tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Utilize Java for application development and custom integrations within the IBM environment.
  • Conduct performance testing and optimization of integration applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IBM WebSphere and Java applications.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and integration workflows.

  • Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Engineering or related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience working with IBM WebSphere and Java.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and data transformation methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
