Position : House Manager

Job Overview :
House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium private residence in Noida. The ideal candidate will be a Hospitality Management graduate (IHM preferred) with 1-2 years of experience in household or hospitality service management.
This position demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of discretion to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-standard household operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily housekeeping, hygiene, and maintenance of the residence.
- Ensure exceptional standards of comfort, privacy, and service for residents and guests.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and in-house staff for seamless operations.
- Oversee meal service, pantry management, and household inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency throughout the residence.
- Train, supervise, and monitor domestic staff to ensure professionalism and discipline.
- Manage household budgets, petty cash, and expense documentation.
- Liaise with the Managing Director / Admin Head for updates and operational requirements.
Qualifications :
Education : Degree / Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management (IHM preferred).Experience : 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or premium household management.Key Skills :
