Financial Analyst Role Overview
This senior financial analyst role involves providing critical support to the finance team by maintaining and owning fixed assets and intangible assets ledger.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sage Intacct, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
Maintaining accurate records and building out financial reports are key responsibilities of this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage fixed assets and intangible assets ledger
- Ensure accuracy of COGS reporting and analysis
- Build and update financial reports and dashboards in Sage
- Administer invoice templates, vendor records, project costing, payment approval process, inventory, financial planning, and analysis module
- Assist with year-end audits preparation and coordination
- Support various subsidiary legal entity filing compliance
Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of senior accounting experience with exposure to financial reportingStrong knowledge of Sage Intacct and its workflowsCPA designation and Degree in AccountingAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
