Crypto Trader Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively trading cryptocurrencies and / or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time. They will also develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies to maximize P&L while maintaining disciplined risk management.
We are looking for a talented individual with a demonstrated track record of consistent profitability and strong discipline in risk management. Familiarity with trading APIs, market data feeds, and order routing is preferred but not required.
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team environment where you can share insights and work together with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency. You will also be expected to stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments to inform your trading decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Active trading of cryptocurrencies and / or digital assets
- Development, deployment, monitoring, and refinement of discretionary and systematic strategies
- Risk management within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks
- Maintenance of detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions
- Collaboration with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency
