We're rapidly growing, and each member plays a crucial role in shaping the future of mental health technology.

This hands-on staff-level role combines research-to-production and platform thinking.

You'll own our conversational intelligence lifecycle, including model development, data curation, safety evaluation, and post-training evaluations.

You will work closely with clinical psychologists to ensure efficacy and design agentic flows for mental health use cases.

This role requires expertise in Python, PyTorch / JAX / TensorFlow, retrieval / RAG, embeddings, reranking, and long-context summarization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch / JAX / TensorFlow
• Knowledge of natural language processing and generation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for mental health and willingness to learn about clinical psychology
• Comfort working with ambiguity and creating systems from scratch
