Your Impact

As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of Auxia’s technical evolution — driving architecture, scale, and product innovation. You’ll work across distributed systems, ML pipelines, and APIs that power our agentic decision engines.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and lead the development of scalable, distributed backend systems that support real-time personalization and ML inference.
• Design, build, and own high-throughput infrastructure — from data pipelines to APIs — ensuring speed, reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, product, and go-to-market teams to translate AI innovation into production systems.
• Define technical standards and elevate engineering practices across the team, mentoring engineers through design and code reviews.
• Balance innovation and pragmatism, making smart trade-offs between scalability, latency, and time-to-market.
