Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our finance team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build their expertise in finance, accounting, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations and will have the opportunity to learn directly from senior finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Help with budgeting and expense tracking.
Assist with internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.
Support payroll processing and vendor payments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data and reports as required.
Participate in implementing and improving finance systems and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s a plus but not mandatory).

1–2 years of experience in finance / accounting.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting / ERP software is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
