Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Entrepreneur in Residence. We are seeking high-potential Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our Founder's Office and work directly with the Founders, You'll drive strategic projects, lead GTM for new brands, and manage cross-functional execution. If you're aiming to become a future founder, this role offers unparalleled exposure and ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

1 - Lead Strategic Projects : Own and deliver high-impact initiatives with visibility to founders and leadership.

2 - Launch New Brands : Take ownership of the "Building New Brands" vertical-develop GTM plans, coordinate execution, and scale new categories from zero to one.

3 - Cross-functional Leadership : Work across supply chain, R&D, production, marketing, and sales to bring new products to life.

4 - Market & Data Insights : Conduct research, analyze data, and benchmark competitors to inform decisions.

5 - Founder Support : Act as a right hand to the founders-managing key meetings, investor materials, and strategic updates.

6- Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve business operations.

7- Special Projects : Take on initiatives like fundraising support, M&A, or internal innovation programs as needed.
