Python Lead

Position :

Python Technical Lead(Remote)

Experience : 5+ years

Salary : Up to ₹30 LPA

Notice Period :

Immediate to 1 or 2 months

We are looking for a

seasoned Python Developer / Technical Lead

with strong expertise in backend development using

Django

and a solid understanding of

system design (HLD & LLD) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

asynchronous operations ,

SQL ,

ElasticSearch , and

messaging systems

like

RabbitMQ / Redis .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Python and Django.

Create and document

High-Level Design (HLD)

and

Low-Level Design (LLD)

for system architecture and modules.

Design and implement

asynchronous operations

to improve system performance.

Work extensively with

SQL databases

and

ElasticSearch

for efficient data handling.

Implement robust

messaging systems

using RabbitMQ or Redis.

Ensure code quality through comprehensive

unit testing

and code reviews.

Apply strong knowledge of

Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)

to solve complex technical challenges.

Collaborate on

open-source projects

and contribute to technical discussions.

Requirements :

5+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.

Proven expertise in

Django

and asynchronous programming.

Strong proficiency in

system design (HLD & LLD) .

Excellent knowledge of

DSA

and problem-solving skills.
