Role : Team Leader – Operations

Process : Non-Voice (Chat & Email)

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader in BPO (Chat / Email process preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

Drive team performance through coaching & development

Ensure SLAs, quality, and customer satisfaction targets are met

Monitor and analyze performance metrics

Handle escalations effectively and professionally

Promote a positive and engaging team environment

Proficiency in reporting and performance analysis
