Job Description：

This role focuses on uncovering and interpreting the needs, motivations, and pain points of both existing and potential MOBA players in India. By gathering user feedback and behavioral data from multiple channels, the role transforms insights into actionable product improvements and go-to-market strategies. We are seeking a user insights expert，not merely a community or research manager； someone who can bridge player understanding with product and marketing strategy in the Indian gaming landscape.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct player research through surveys, interviews, community listening, and market analysis to deeply understand user motivations, unmet needs, and pain points.
• Collaborate closely with analysts and researchers to identify user needs and market opportunities in India. Provide strategic recommendations on product features and marketing campaigns, and develop frameworks and actionable insights that inform gameplay content, cosmetic offerings, metagame systems, and publishing initiatives.
• Drive product strategy to effectively meet the needs of our target audience, and lead cross-functional teams including R&D, publishing, and other key departments to successfully execute these strategies.
