Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for MCA and ROC Compliance located in Surat. The responsibilities include managing and ensuring regulatory compliance, handling legal compliance matters, performing detailed compliance checks, and preparing necessary documentation. The role involves communicating with regulatory authorities and staying updated on compliance regulations relevant to our clients. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing data to ensure accurate reporting and compliance filing.

• Candidate should be based in Surat
• Candidate should know MCA & ROC Filing
• Candidate Should have Minimum Experience of 1 Years to 3 Years in the field of MCA & ROC Compliance.
• Min Qualification Graduate.
