AVENIR 3D is a fast-growing 3D rendering and architectural animation studio, specializing in AI-powered architectural videos and high-end visual storytelling. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to build our digital presence and help us reach global architects, developers, and real estate brands.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow AVENIR 3D’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, carousels, short videos)
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs aligned with our brand voice
• Showcase our 3D renders, AI architectural videos, walkthroughs, and animations
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly
• Stay updated with social media trends, especially in architecture, real estate, and AI visuals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content
• Basic knowledge of architecture, real estate, or design industry (big plus)
• Ability to convert visual content into high-engagement social posts
• Good communication skills and creative mindset

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience working with 3D studios, architecture firms, or creative agencies
• Basic video editing or motion graphics understanding
• Portfolio or examples of managed social media accounts
