Job description

Location : Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

Accommodation : Fully furnished housing provided

Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Role Overview

Responsible for onboarding and managing vendors, maintaining proper communication and documentation, and coordinating end-to-end logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Source, onboard, and coordinate with vendors
Maintain vendor documentation and ensure timely submissions
Negotiate pricing and terms when required
Ensure proper follow-up and communication with vendors
Track orders across all stages from placement to customer delivery
Coordinate with logistics partners for booking and shipment updates
Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure timely fulfillment

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

Good negotiation and vendor-handling ability

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently

Knowledge of e-commerce operations and logistics preferred

Proactive, responsible, and organized work approach
