We are seeking Brand Acquisitions Managers who are sharp, consultative hunters with the ability to open doors and initiate relationships with founders, CMOs, and CXOs. The Acquisitions Manager will focus on mapping industries, identifying target prospects, and making the first approach through LinkedIn, events, referrals, and direct outreach. The expectation is to generate a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities and keep the conversation alive until it can be converted with the support of senior leadership. Every touchpoint matters, from the way research is done to the way an introductory email or call is framed — this role requires someone who can blend curiosity, persistence, and credibility in equal measure.
Profiles we are looking for : -
We are looking for professionals with three to five years of experience in business development, marketing, or account management within the creative, digital, or branding industry. They must be strong communicators with the confidence to engage senior decision makers and the discipline to manage a pipeline with consistency. A natural inclination towards storytelling, curiosity about business problems, and a drive to build meaningful client connections will define success here.
What success looks like in first 90 days
In the first ninety days, the Acquisitions Manager will be expected to research and build a curated list of priority prospects, initiate discovery conversations, and hand over live opportunities to the New Business Lead for closure. Over time, their measure of success will be the volume and quality of new opportunities opened each month, and the number of early-stage conversations that mature into active pitches.
