Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Tracking and monitoring of Service Requests received across all touch points from Yes Private Clients and ensuring the requests are processed within TAT
- Follow up on requests and liaise with resolving units to provide a timely and accurate resolution
- Identifying process improvements and ensuring that the improvements are delivered end to end
- Experience in handling projects through full life cycle
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitors progress and performance against the project plan.
- Identifies, resolves or escalates operational problems and minimize delays
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within the project team.
- Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
- Be a primary contact for Yes Private Service Managers and Yes Private Relationship Managers in case of queries / escalations
