Design & Proposal Engineer - Water & Waste Water Treatment

Role Description

• Study and analyze client RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of water & wastewater treatment technologies (RO, UF, DM, STP, ETP, ZLD, etc.).
• Develop process flow diagrams (PFD), P&IDs, and system sizing for treatment plants.
• Select suitable technologies and equipment based on raw water / effluent characteristics.
• Prepare BOQ, costing, and techno-commercial proposals .
• Coordinate with vendors / sub-suppliers for technical and commercial offers.
• Support sales team with technical clarifications and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with project execution teams for design handover and technical support.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, regulations, and client requirements .

Qualifications

Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering.

Experience : 2–5 years in design and proposal of water & wastewater treatment plants .
