Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital media or a related field (preferred).

Work Experience : 4-5 years of experience in managing and growing social media channels for brands & B2B social media content and community engagement.

Role Description :

Pixxel is looking for a stellar Social Media Manager to take our digital voice to orbit!.

Youll be the engine behind our online presence, working within the Communications team to craft posts, shape narratives and drive compelling initiatives that make the space of space more exciting.

If youre on top of the social media game, know internet culture at the back of your hand, and can help us convey complex technical concepts in a super-creative way, this role is your launchpad!.

Responsibilities & Own and grow all of Pixxels social channels X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and whatevers next.

• Build and execute comprehensive social campaigns that spark conversation, skyrocket engagement and build a thriving community around space.
• Lead a dynamic content calendar : Plan, publish, and experiment with diverse content styles and formats.
• Collaborate with designers and illustrators to lead striking visual content that reflects Pixxels identity.
• Work cross-functionally to surface fresh and authentic stories, from mission milestones to team moments, that bring our work and people to life online.
• Spot emerging trends, tools, and cultural moments early, and know when to jump in or hold back.
• Track performance, dig into insights, and refine strategy to double down on what works and keeps Pixxel ahead of the curve.
• Scout emerging platforms or communities where Pixxel should show up next.

Desirable Skills & Strong writing and storytelling chops, a sharp sense of narrative, visual taste, and how to package ideas for the internet.
