We create clothing that blends contemporary design with subtle luxury — and we are looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate this brand ethos into powerful digital storytelling.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for shaping KELIN’s digital identity, driving engagement, and delivering growth across all social platforms. This role requires strong aesthetic sense, trend awareness, and the ability to create content that reflects KELIN’s elevated brand language.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with product launches, trends, and campaigns.
- Plan and execute photo / video shoots (model, flat lay, reels, UGC-style).
- Craft engaging captions and ensure a consistent tone and brand voice.
Content Creation & Publishing
Create reels, stories, static posts, and trend-based content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.Manage daily posting schedules and ensure brand aesthetics across all channels.Work closely with designers and photographers to deliver high-quality content.Community Management
Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers to build a loyal community.Handle influencer / creator interactions and coordinate collaborations.Analytics & Reporting
Track content performance using Instagram Insights and other analytic tools.Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports (growth, engagement, reach, sales contribution).Suggest improvements based on trend insights and data.Campaigns & Promotions
Plan and execute campaigns for new collections, offers, festive drops, etc.Coordinate with marketing to integrate ads, emailers, and website messaging.Manage influencer tie-ups, barter deals, and paid collaborations.Brand Building
Stay updated on Indian fashion trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.Maintain KELIN’s brand identity consistently across platforms.Bring new creative ideas to help the brand stand out digitally.Requirements
1–3 years experience in social media / content for a fashion or lifestyle brand.Strong understanding of Instagram trends, fashion content, and aesthetics.Ability to edit reels / video content (basic knowledge of CapCut / Premiere).Good communication and writing skills.Knowledge of Canva, basic graphic design & storytelling.Understanding of analytics tools, consumer behaviour, and digital trends.Preferred Skills
Experience with influencer marketing.Photo / video shoot coordination.Basic knowledge of paid ads (not mandatory but a plus).Passion for women’s fashion and styling.
