Job Role / Title : Software Development Engineer (Java Full : 4 to 8 : the Role :

In this role, you will design, architect, and deliver frameworks, tools, and scalable systems that empower seamless integration, performance, and innovation across our media ecosystem. • Architect, build, and maintain an application framework for TV and Big Screen devices as well as Web (frontend and backend) applications.
• Design and develop developer tools including CLI utilities, testing solutions, CI / CD pipelines, build and distribution workflows, metrics, and dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure the timely delivery of robust software solutions.
• Drive operational rigor by enhancing telemetry, metrics, logging, stability, and performance measurement.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and long-term roadmap Principles :

• 3+ years of professional programming experience in a modern programming language (Java, C++, or C#) with strong object-oriented design skills.
• 3+ years of software design and architecture experience, including scaling, design patterns, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development (TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with coding standards, peer reviews, automated build processes, and operational excellence.
