Job Responsibilities :

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring prompt feedback and closure.

Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.

Cultivate strong candidate relationships for a positive hiring experience.

Required Skills & Experience :

#3–7 years of IT recruitment experience (permanent / contract staffing).

Proficiency in sourcing for skills like Java, Full Stack, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.

Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Capability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
