People Analytics Analyst

Promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution

Develop in partnership with Manager analytics deliverables (e.g. Board Reporting, People and Culture Scorecard, etc.

Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes to include updating Tableau Dashboards, gather insights from Tableau Dashboards, and provide ESG metrics to Leadership

Assist and monitor the security and access of Tableau HR Enterprise Hub

Lead the execution of ad hoc manual requests from stakeholders

Generate insights to yield valuable organizational, functional and segment actions

You have :

Academic background in Bachelor Degree

5+ years analytics experience, preferably within Human Resources or People Reporting capacity.

3+ years of experience using Tableau and / or dashboard creation & data visualization skills and

2+ years of experience using HRIS software, preferably Workday
