Key Responsibilities :

• Build and improve forecasting models for sales, demand, and guest traffic under guidance from senior / principal scientists; contribute to feature engineering and model selection.
• Implement robust evaluation (cross validation, rolling backtests, MAPE / MASE / Pinball loss, calibration checks) and assist with performance monitoring and drift analysis.
• Productionize models in partnership with MLOps and engineering : package code, write unit / integration tests, and support deployments and model registries.
• Collaborate with product and business partners to clarify requirements, define success metrics, and present findings with clear narratives and visuals.
• Contribute to reusability through shared libraries, documentation, and coding standards; participate in design and code reviews.
