- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Coordinate with contractors for daily operational updates
- Manage onboarding processes and documentation collection
- Handle day-to-day HR administration activities
- Oversee attendance management and ensure accurate records
- Support talent acquisition activities when required
- Conduct and assist in employee induction programs
