We are now in a hyper-growth phase —scaling our clinic and hospital footprint across India. The Head of Projects & Expansion will play a pivotal role in building the infrastructure that powers this growth.
The Opportunity : Head of Projects & Expansion
This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for expanding Amaha’s physical footprint pan-India —from new OPD clinics to hospital expansions—delivering projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards .
Your mandate : to design, plan, and execute the next wave of Amaha facilities across the country —including 2,000 to 5,000 sq. ft. premium OPD centers and 40-bed mental health hospitals and rehabilitation facilities —ensuring every space reflects our client-first ethos while supporting our 4x growth ambition in the next 18 months .
The role will be full-time and headquartered in Bangalore , with responsibility for projects across India.

Key Responsibilities
1. Expansion Strategy
- Lead the network expansion roadmap , identifying new OPD center (2,000–5,000 sq. ft.) and hospital (40-bed mental health and rehab) locations in line with growth targets.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and ROI analysis for new projects.
- Partner with leadership and city heads to align expansion plans with business priorities.
2. Project Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of new clinics and hospital expansions—design, procurement, vendor management, execution, and handover.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Amaha’s quality standards .Implement standardized playbooks and processes to ensure repeatable, scalable project execution.3. Design & Client Experience
Work with architects and designers to create healing, client-centered spaces that balance functionality, compliance, and premium aesthetics.Ensure facilities reflect Amaha’s brand promise —safe, welcoming, and world-class.4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Build and manage a strong network of contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors .Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets cost, quality, and timeline expectations .Liaise with regulators, landlords, and local authorities to ensure smooth project approvals and compliance.5. Governance & Reporting
Set up robust project tracking, reporting, and governance systems for leadership visibility.Continuously identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency, and innovation in project execution.6. Handover to Operations
Ensure every completed facility is fully operationally ready at the time of handover.Work closely with city business leads and operations teams to guarantee smooth transitions , with no gaps in compliance, infrastructure, or client experience.Create handover protocols, documentation, and support systems to enable teams to run new facilities seamlessly from day one.What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
8–12 years of experience in projects, infrastructure development, or expansion , preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.Proven track record of delivering multi-site projects on time and within budget.Strong skills in project management, vendor management, and cost control .Ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution .Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Good-to-Haves
Experience in healthcare facility design and compliance .Exposure to premium service environments (hospitality, wellness, or retail).Knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory requirements .Why Join Us
