Job description5+ years of professional experience with ServiceNow. A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM certification is highly beneficial. Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to join our team in Gurugram. This is a hybrid contract role for a professional with a strong background in the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver responsible for managing the platform's stability, executing deployments, and contributing to development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute major ServiceNow platform upgrades on a bi-annual basis.
- Oversee monthly patching and defect remediation to maintain system health.
- Handle ServiceNow deployments to UAT and Production environments for all development sprints.
- Assist in developing and expanding release automation to streamline and simplify deployment processes.
- Perform minor development tasks within the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure system functionality and performance.
