Job descriptionIdeate and collaborate with the design and video teams to produce high-quality creatives, Reels, and campaigns. Manage influencer collaborations, reels planning, and campus-driven content. Write engaging captions, posts, and scripts that match ASBS MBA’s tone of voice. Track and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) using Meta Suite and analytics dashboards. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage brand reputation online. Monitor competitors, trends, and student conversations to drive relevant content. Use AI-based social tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, OpusClip, Copy.ai) for ideation and optimization. Experiment with new formats — carousels, micro-videos, storytelling threads, and UGC. Integrate content with website, CRM, and campaign landing pages for cohesive storytelling. 3–6 years of experience in social media marketing / content strategy / digital brand management . Strong understanding of platform algorithms, community management, and paid promotions . Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Canva, and GA4 . Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual communication skills. Working knowledge of video formats, influencer marketing, and engagement optimization. Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

About the Role

You’ll be the voice of ASBS MBA across platforms — leading our brand storytelling through strategy, creativity, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X).
- Align campaigns with brand objectives — admissions, events, and student engagement.
- Build brand presence across B2C and B2B channels through storytelling and thought leadership.
