Lead Generation Specialist (09 / 11 / 2025)

Job Responsibilities

1. Outbound Cold Calling & Lead Generation (50%)

• Make 80-100 outbound cold calls daily to high-value potential clients in the US market.
• Identify, qualify, and generate sales-ready leads through structured prospecting.
• Engage decision-makers and establish strong relationships for future sales opportunities.
• Leverage market research and competitive analysis to target the right audience.

2. Initial Client Outreach & Engagement (20%)

Preferred Candidate :

∙ Confident & persistent

∙ Should have good presentation skills

∙ Quick learner and passionate about customer support

∙ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
