Senior Software Engineer - Core Applications (Life Asia)

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Life Policy admins features and functionalities
• 5 - 7 years Insurance / Financial Industry experience with a minimum of 5 years on Supporting Core Policy Admin systems especially Life Asia / Life400.
• knowledge of Surrounding applications like underwriting engine, Front end / mobile applications, and workflow.
• Good experience in omnichannel Integration
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
• Knowledge of integrating with other surrounding applications around core application like Sales Portals, Workflow, and underwriting engines.
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset paired with strong communication skills.
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills and a high motivation to define process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and collaborative team environment
• Experience in application integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.

Education

• Academic : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Professional Certification(s) : CRM, CCM, Cloud, Agile certification (Preferred)
