About the Role :

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP PTD (Plan-to-Deliver) Lead to join our global SAP transformation program. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across SAP PP (Production Planning) , QM (Quality Management) , and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules, with a strong focus on end-to-end Plan-to-Deliver business processes .

This role will lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of PTD processes within SAP S / 4HANA , driving operational efficiency, data integrity, and seamless integration across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP PTD processes covering planning, production execution, quality, and maintenance .
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
• Configure and optimize modules including PP, QM, and PM , ensuring process efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to deliver an integrated solution.
• Drive master data setup and data migration related to materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, and inspection plans.
• Define and document functional specifications , and work closely with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
• Conduct system testing (SIT / UAT) , cutover planning, and user training sessions.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous process improvement.
• Serve as the key point of contact for Plan-to-Deliver process governance , ensuring global standards and best practices are followed.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and provide thought leadership for PTD initiatives.
